You've got your lovable protagonist. You've got a memorable antagonist. Now what about...everyone else?
In this workshop, we will explore how to flesh out side characters who feel fully developed without overshadowing the protagonist, how to balance their participation in the plot, and when to let them stay in the background or step up into the spotlight in another book.
