About Us

Wow! What a Journey it has been! We (David and Nikki) met in September 2019 at Trident Coffee shop in Boulder, Colorado. When the world shut down in March 2020, we used that time to go camping and climbing with friends. The bond was magical and strong, many fun times were had, and we married ourselves at the top of a mountain October 10, 2020. The blossoming idea of this coffee shop began and in 2021, we started the journey of building it out. With many projects in tow, SandΨ's would experience a "soft opening" for not a few months...but a few years. With funny hours, being ran by funny people, SandΨ's waited patiently for when it could become a true reality. In October of 2023, David and Nikki welcomed their son into the world and as soon as that baby started being mobile, we started to mobilize the idea of exploding this shop into existence. So here we are, January 2024, ready to emerge like a mermaid out of the water! We are so excited to be on this journey with you and look to the future with curiosity and hope! See you soon!
